The 7th Silk Road International Expo and China East-West Cooperation, Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "7th Silk Expo") will be held in Xi'an from November 16 to 20, 2023.

With the theme of "Economic and Trade Expansion, Interconnection, Mutual Benefit and Win-Win", this year's Silk Expo invited the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan as the guest of honor, and Heilongjiang Province and Zhejiang Province as the guest of honor, to plan and hold a series of conference activities such as the Silk Road Economic Belt International Cooperation Forum, the "Belt and Road" Economic and Trade Cooperation Roundtable, the "Invest in China Year" Shaanxi Special Promotion Event, and the "Belt and Road" Country (Region) Commercial and Legal Cooperation Forum.

In order to promote the investment and trade cooperation between our province and the countries and regions jointly built by the "Belt and Road", this year's Silk Expo will help the export of advantageous industrial products such as equipment manufacturing and photovoltaic in our province, expand the import of high-end consumer goods, dairy products, tropical fruits, etc., and promote the high-quality development of Shaanxi's open economy.

Introduction to the exhibition

The Silk Expo set up six exhibition areas in the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center: International Exchange Exhibition, Open Platform Exhibition, Regional Cooperation Exhibition, Modern Agriculture Exhibition, Advanced Manufacturing Exhibition, and Modern Service Industry Exhibition, with a total display area of 72,000 square meters.

(1) International Exchange Exhibition. Set up in Hall 1, it mainly displays the overall image, resource advantages, characteristic industries, major cooperation projects and Korean commodities of the countries and regions jointly built by the "Belt and Road" and the five Central Asian countries.

(2) Open platform exhibition. Set up in Hall 2, it mainly displays the open development pattern supported by multiple platforms such as China Pilot Free Trade Zone, National Development Zone, Open Functional Park, Qin Chuangyuan Innovation Drive Platform, SCO Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training Demonstration Base, Xi'an Assembly Center of China-Europe Railway Express, Xi'an Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, etc.

(3) Regional Cooperation Exhibition. It is set up in Hall 3, mainly to display the overall image, investment environment and cooperation fields of China's provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and expand the achievements of inter-provincial and regional cooperation.

(4) Modern agriculture exhibition. Set up in Hall 6, it mainly displays the achievements of the "chain master" enterprises of the key industrial chain of modern agriculture, rural revitalization, and economic and trade cooperation of agricultural products.

(5) Advanced Manufacturing Exhibition. Set up in Hall 4, it mainly displays the superior enterprises and technical products in key areas such as aerospace, energy and chemical industry, and equipment manufacturing in our province.

(6) Modern service industry exhibition. It is set up in Hall 5 and mainly displays the achievements of the "Belt and Road" in service trade, cultural tourism, and educational cooperation.

Introduction to the advanced manufacturing exhibition hall

The advanced manufacturing exhibition hall is led by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee Civil-Military Integration Office of the No. 4 advanced manufacturing exhibition area, with the theme of "advanced manufacturing 'chain' to connect the future", which is divided into 7 sections, namely 1 preface hall and 6 exhibition areas.

Preface Hall: In the form of graphics, videos, etc., it focuses on the overall situation of the advanced manufacturing industry in our province, the layout of 24 key industrial chains in Shaanxi Province, the improvement goals and future planning.

6 exhibition areas: electronic information industry, high-end equipment industry, modern chemical and new materials industry, automobile and hydrogen energy industry, food and medical equipment industry, aerospace industry 6 exhibition areas in the form of "chain main enterprise + supply chain enterprise", sub-regional display of the industrial chain intelligent construction, collaboration ability improvement and chain extension and chain bearing related information.
