The 9th Silk Expo will be held from May 21 to 25 at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Since the Silk Expo was held, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Serbia, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Russia, Cambodia, Slovakia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan and other 15 countries have served as guest countries, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Tibet, Fujian, Hubei, Yunnan, Guizhou, Tianjin, Jilin, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Shandong and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) have successively served as guest provinces.

"The Silk Expo provides an important exchange platform for promoting intergovernmental policy communication, investment negotiation between enterprises, bulk trade and project cooperation between China and the countries that jointly build the 'Belt and Road', and makes positive contributions to Shaanxi's deep integration into the overall pattern of the Belt and Road Initiative and the continuous deepening of all-round trade and investment cooperation and exchanges."
