The project is located in Dongfeng Village, Chengguan Town, south of Shiquan County, approximately 7 km from the county seat, with an elevation of 800 meters above sea level.
This phase will be constructed as a Class A1 general aviation airport with a 2B-level flight zone. Key construction includes:
A new 1,200-meter-long, 30-meter-wide runway
An apron with 7 aircraft parking spaces (3B + 4A)
A 3,062 m² comprehensive operations building

After completion, the project is expected to generate an average annual profit of approximately ¥200 million.
