Shaanxi Aowei Qianyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June 2008 and is located in Huangfuchuan Industrial Park, Fugu County. Relying on the rich local resources in Fugu, the company has constructed a circular economy project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 520,000 tons of urea, 200,000 tons of methanol, 2*50MW power generation and a supporting coal mine with an annual output of 1.5 million tons. In order to reduce the water consumption in the chemical production process and the generation of wastewater, in accordance with the concept of sustainable development, the enterprise has planned to construct a 15m³/h high-concentration brine zero discharge (crystallization and salt separation) project to improve the reuse rate of reclaimed water and the resource utilization of crystalline salts, and to support relevant public works and auxiliary facilities.

The construction of this project fully meets the requirements of national environmental protection and energy policies. At the same time, the enterprise achieves "zero discharge" of high-salt wastewater, and separates and treats the salts through crystallization, realizing the recycling of water supply within the enterprise. Through calculation, the economic value is also quite considerable.
