The Director Of The Organizing Committee Is Zhao Gang, Deputy Secretary Of The Provincial Party Committee And Governor. The Executive Deputy Director Is Wang Xiao, Member Of The Standing Committee Of The Provincial Party Committee And Executive Vice Governor. The Deputy Directors Are Chen Chunjiang, Vice Governor, And Ye Niuping, Vice Governor In Charge Of The Guest Of Honor And Mayor Of Xi'an.

The Director Of The Organizing Committee Is The Deputy Secretary Of The Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, The Governor And The Main Responsible Comrades Of The Host Ministries And Commissions Of The State. The Executive Deputy Director Shall Be A Member Of The Standing Committee Of The Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee And The Executive Vice Governor, And The Deputy Director Shall Be The Responsible Comrades Of The Host Ministries And Commissions Of The State, The Vice Governor In Charge Of The Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, The Vice Governor In Charge Of The Guest Of Honor Province, And The Mayor Of Xi'an.
