On September 21, at the 8th Silk Road International Expo and China's East-West Cooperation and Investment and Trade Fair, Xunyi County, Xianyang City and Shaanxi Coal Xunyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a 200 MW wind power project with an investment of about 1.2 billion yuan.

It is reported that the project is located in Tuqiao Town, Malan Town, Xunyi County, with an open site and convenient external transportation. The planned capacity of the project is 200MW, and a 110kV booster station and transmission line will be built. After completion, the annual on-grid power generation capacity will be about 380 million kWh, which can save 117,333.14 tons of standard coal, reduce CO2 emissions by about 321,524.80 tons, SO232.39 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 51.90 tons per year. In addition, it can also reduce a large amount of ash and soot emissions every year, save water, and reduce the corresponding wastewater discharge, and the benefits of energy saving and emission reduction are significant.
