The 8th Silk Road International Expo and China's East-West Cooperation, Investment and Trade Fair is scheduled to be held in Xi'an from September 20 to 24. It is reported that the theme of this year's Silk Expo is "Deepening Connectivity and Expanding Economic and Trade Cooperation", which is hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Government. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan will be invited as the Guest of Honour, with Liaoning Province and Shandong Province as the Guest of Honour. More than 10 important conferences and forums will be held during the Silk Expo.　　 

In the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, there are five exhibition areas: international exchange exhibition, inter-provincial cooperation exhibition, transportation and logistics exhibition, advanced manufacturing exhibition, and modern energy exhibition area, with a total exhibition area of 72,000 square meters. It will comprehensively display the overall image, resource advantages, characteristic industries and key projects of the countries and regions jointly built by the "Belt and Road", provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and cities and enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and carry out investment negotiations, bulk trade and project signing.　　 

Among them, the international exchange exhibition is set up in Hall 1, which mainly displays the overall image, resource advantages, and characteristic industries of the "Belt and Road" countries and the international sister cities of our province. The inter-provincial cooperation exhibition is set up in Hall 3, which mainly displays the overall image, investment environment and cooperation fields of China's provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The transportation and logistics exhibition is set up in Hall 2, mainly displaying the logistics industry and intelligent transportation in terms of railways, highways, China-Europe freight trains, seaports, land ports, river ports, container multimodal transport, etc. The Advanced Manufacturing Exhibition is set up in Hall 4 and Hall 6, mainly displaying chain master enterprises, supply chain enterprises and technology products in key areas such as new energy vehicles and photovoltaics.
