The project will be developed as a Class A1 general aviation airport with a 2B-level flight zone. Key components include:
A new 1,200-meter-long × 30-meter-wide runway
Aircraft apron, integrated operations building
Supporting facilities (air traffic control, power supply, water supply, fuel system, etc.)
A 3.089 km airport access road built to Grade-1 highway standards (24.5m roadbed width)
Functional Positioning:
Develop industries including:

✓ Aviation logistics
✓ Agricultural/forestry operations (aerial forest protection)
✓ Aviation training
Enhance emergency rescue capabilities, cultivate an aviation-themed town, and establish an "Aviation Economic Zone".
