This new small (Category I) water conservancy project consists of three main components:
Main dam
Spillway
Water release tower
Reservoir Capacity Specifications:
Total storage capacity: 4.85 million m³
Active storage: 1.60 million m³
Flood control storage: 1.85 million m³
Dead storage: 1.40 million m³
Designed water supply capacity: 3.57 million m³
Return Analysis
Upon completion, the project will:
Provide irrigation for 24,500 mu (≈1,633 hectares) of farmland across 7 administrative villages including Gejiawa in Wangzhuang Town
Benefit a population of 15,800 residents in the service area
