The project is centered around Weinan Botanical Garden and Tianmao Village in Yangguo Town, with a planned area of approximately 3700 acres. We plan to build agricultural tourism health and wellness, research and education bases, children's play areas, health and wellness areas, parent-child amusement parks, as well as primary schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc., to create a composite ideal town that integrates sports, health, livability, culture and entertainment, with comprehensive agricultural tourism services as the core, enhancing the development of the silver economy industry, and driving the revitalization of rural areas in the region. At present, Blue City Group has upgraded and renovated the Tianmao Village project, and has met the conditions for investment and operation. The investment direction is: 1 Jointly develop agricultural, military, and artistic research projects; two Jointly develop camping projects, with available land of about 50-100 acres; three Jointly develop homestay projects with around 100 households; four Develop shared farmland projects with a land area of around 300-500 acres.
Return Analysis
After the completion of the project, it will focus on the theme of parent-child theme park, greenhouse garden, natural experience museum, parent-child vacation supporting service center, and silver economy. It will integrate natural ecology, rural travel, youth study, parent-child agriculture and tourism, food shopping, cultural tourism and health preservation, and strive to create the first national demonstration zone for a better life in Linwei District with a focus on "silver economy", realizing the beautiful scene of "silver romance" in Weinan.
