The project is jointly initiated by Beijing Yingjie Investment Fund Co., Ltd. and integrates the full process of planning, investment, construction, operation, and other closed industry chain partners. Adopting financing and construction models such as "EPC+", "BOT+equity", and "EOD+equity" to carry out investment, construction, and operation of the project. At present, a strategic framework cooperation agreement has been signed, and a feasibility study bidding announcement was issued on October 18th. After the bidding is completed, the team will enter the site to collect data, conduct research, analyze and evaluate, form a feasibility study report, and gradually carry out preliminary work.
