The Yong'anqu Business and Culture Block project is located in the core area of the Silk Road International Financial Center in the High tech Zone of Xi'an City. It is adjacent to Xitai Road to the east, Xi'an High speed Railway South Station to the south, Jingshi Road to the west, and the future landmark Tong Business Office Area to the north. The total area is about 500 acres (including 12 commercial facility plots and 1 municipal supporting land). The fully connected underground space is mainly used for parking, supporting facilities, and equipment rooms, and there are also planned underground loops and sunken squares. The project is located adjacent to Metro Line 12 (planned) and Metro Line 6, and will rely on the rail transit system to create a TOD international metropolis commercial landscape in the future. The functional business clusters connecting various plots with water systems will create a Silk Road Global Cultural and Creative Commercial New Space on both sides of Yong'an Canal, integrating above ground and underground collective experiential shopping centers, creative commercial blocks, night economy blocks, art hotels, cultural and social spaces, high-end commercial residences, and other functional supporting facilities. The goal is to create a comprehensive and enjoyable social business model and consumer experience, and to form an urban vitality center that leads the upgrading of high-tech commerce.
