With the help of the Silk Expo, on September 22, sponsored by the Office of the Yulin Municipal People's Government, the Yulin Municipal People's Government Contact Center in Xi'an, the Xi'an Yulin Chamber of Commerce, the Xi'an Hengshan Chamber of Commerce, and the Qin Chuangyuan (International) Roadshow Center jointly organized the "New Quality Productivity Boosting Yulin Industrial Development and Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Docking and Exchange Activities" held in Xi'an, and more than 160 business associations and enterprise representatives from inside and outside the province gathered together to discuss the development of enterprises and seek the future of Yulin. 

Yang Yang, Deputy Mayor of Yulin Municipal People's Government, pointed out in his speech that Yulin is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization, a model of global desertification control, and a central city in the border region of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningbo, Mongolia and Jinjin. In 2023, Yulin's GDP will reach 709.144 billion yuan, becoming the first non-provincial capital city in the central and western regions to exceed 700 billion yuan. Yang Yang said that Yulin has a unique geographical location, connecting the east and the west on China's geometric map, and has important natural location advantages in the development of the "Belt and Road" jointly built by China and Russia. Yulin has a strong industrial foundation, producing 10% of China's primary energy, and the application scenarios derived from it are very rich; From being approved as a national energy and heavy chemical base in 1998, a total of 185 key energy projects have been implemented now, and in 2023, it will be approved as a national energy revolution innovation demonstration zone, which has promoted the construction of Yulin's new energy system and the high-quality development of the energy industry. Yulin's humanistic environment is simple, multi-ethnic integration since ancient times, inclusive, and the people of Yulin are bold and hospitable; Yulin has unique natural scenery, where the Yellow River and the Great Wall meet, where the desert steppe and the Loess Plateau meet, where agricultural civilization and nomadic civilization blend. It is hoped that through the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Docking Exchange Meeting, a broader bridge will be built to attract more people and enterprises from all over the country and even the world to visit and invest in Yulin.

Daniel Zhang, vice chairman of the Shaanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce, stressed that the new quality productive forces are an important force for economic and social development, representing the development direction of new technologies, new industries, new formats and new models, and are crucial to achieving economic structure optimization and industrial transformation and upgrading. At the meeting, the Yulin Municipal Development and Reform Commission elaborated on the industrial development status and future planning of Yulin City under the background of new quality productivity for the participating enterprises. The presidents of Xi'an Yulin Chamber of Commerce, Shaanxi Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce, and Xi'an Fujian Zhangzhou Chamber of Commerce respectively introduced the industrial layout of the Chamber of Commerce and its member companies, the development and exchanges between the two places, and looked forward to working together to create a better future. The Shaanxi Provincial Brand and High-quality Development Research Center promoted the Yulin brand from the aspects of resources, product influence, characteristic cultural tourism, characteristic agricultural products, and characteristic activities, showing the image of the city.  

At the meeting, Xi'an One Muddy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation project with Shenmu Ronghao Coal Industry Co., Ltd.; The Municipal Government Contact Center in Xi'an signed an intelligent upgrading and transformation project with Shaanxi Kaidong Internet of Things Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Yulin International Trade City Life Experience Co., Ltd.; The Municipal Government Contact Center in Xi'an signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qin Chuangyuan (International) Roadshow Center for investment promotion; The Municipal Government Liaison Center in Xi'an signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Engineering Technology of Xidian University.

Cao Heping, deputy dean and professor of the School of Digital Economy of Peking University, delivered a keynote speech on "New Quality Productivity and the Construction of Digital First, Second and Third Industrial Clusters in Yulin in the Initial Period", which won the resonance of the guests and aroused everyone's thinking. 

After the meeting, the guests went to Qin Chuangyuan Hydrogen Bay - Hydrogen Energy Industry Two-Chain Integration Science and Technology Innovation Zone to investigate and visit the development history of the enterprise and the R&D and production of hydrogen fuel cells. I went to Sany Xi'an Industrial Park to investigate and visit the production lines of intelligent parts such as the production of prefabricated building components, the processing of construction robot parts and the assembly of construction robots. On-site visits to understand new quality productivity and promote the high-quality development of Shaanxi's manufacturing industry.
